Leon Patrick
Chief Executive Officer
With a background in aviation, hospitality, human resources, and customer relations, Leon brings a structured and strategic approach to the organization. His experience across the education and career counseling sectors in Australia, combined with a foundation in Criminal Justice and an understanding of legal and compliance frameworks, supports his role in overseeing business strategy, compliance, and overall operational direction.
Dianne Navarro
Chief Operating Officer
Dianne brings extensive experience in global internship programs, international partnerships, sales & business development, and luxury hospitality recruitment. With a background in mass communication and international studies, she leads operations, partner management, and client coordination with a people-first approach—ensuring each participant receives thoughtful, well-guided support throughout their journey.

What started as simple conversations—helping friends and acquaintances navigate travel, work opportunities, and life abroad—quickly revealed a bigger gap in the way guidance and support were being provided.
Having worked closely within the industries that shape these experiences, we saw firsthand where things could be done better—more clarity, more care, and a more personal approach.
This led us to build something of our own.
